Greetings lovers, I’m LaToya Alex, and I’m not your average herbalist. I’m a hexing, aligning, ritual-loving, root-working plant mama who came here to break generational cycles and build sacred shxt from the ground up.

 

I’m a mama of three...20, 13, and 4. I’m also a Doula, Reiki Master, Hypnotherapist, Master Loctician, and Master cosmetologist. I hold space in the in-between, you know between motherhood and magick, business and spirituality, the inner world and the outer grind.

I was born a Virgo Sun, Aquarius Moon, and Taurus Rising. Which basically means I do everything with integrity, vision, and embodied softness. I don’t play about alignment. And I don’t believe you can grow without getting real about your own patterns.

 

I’ve grown through chronic conditions, mental health diagnoses, and a whole lot of unlearning. I now move through life with intention, herbs, and ancestral wisdom. This path isn’t about fixing, it’s about remembering who the fxck we really are. That’s what I bring into my work, my tea blends, my energy, my services, into every sacred thing I touch.
